The Atesh resistance movement blew up a part of a metal railway track in the occupied Crimea.
The explosion happened in the Bakhchisarai district. This led to a delay in the train traffic on the section from Simferopol to Sevastopol.
As a result of the explosion, part of the railway 12 km from the Simferopol station, near the village of Poshtovo, was damaged.
“In total, three trains were delayed: one train from Sevastopol to St. Petersburg with 166 passengers, as well as two suburban electric trains,” the Russian media reported.
At the same time, the undermining of the railway in the Crimea is confirmed by the members of the Atesh resistance movement.
“Successfully demolished part of the railway track in the area of the village of Poshtovo, near the occupied Simferopol. Trains are standing, no one is going anywhere anymore, and nothing is taken anywhere anymore,” the Atesh said.
Atesh is a military resistance movement in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The movement was created by Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars in September 2022 as a result of the Russian military invasion.
Crimean resistance movement members intend to destroy the army of the invaders from the inside.
The movement emphasized that, thus, the army of the Russian Federation has its own “Trojan horse.”
In January, in the temporarily occupied Crimea, members of the Atesh movement, blew up a car on the highway from Sevastopol to Simferopol in which two officers of the Russian national guard were traveling.
Recall that in October 2022, a section of a railway track 20 kilometers from the border with Belarus was blown up in the Bryansk region of Russia.
