The artillery brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have received 100 pickup trucks from the Come Back Alive Foundation.

The Foundation reported that the vehicles were already working in various areas of the front of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

It is noted that the cost of these vehicles amounts to 98 million 567 thousand 4.44 hryvnias.

The off-road vehicles were handed over to all artillery brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Also, according to the Come Back Alive Foundation, another 2,462,441.28 hryvnias of charitable funds were allocated to purchase 100 sets of rubber for pickups.

The Come Back Alive Foundation noted that at the expense of these off-road vehicles, commanders and chief sergeants of artillery batteries would be able to increase the mobility of combat management.

“This, in turn, will lead to an increase in the fire accuracy of Ukrainian self-propelled howitzers, guns and other firearms, as well as greater losses among the Russian invaders,” the statement emphasized.

It is emphasized that this batch of vehicles will meet the urgent needs of each of the 10 artillery brigades and the artillery reconnaissance brigade of the Armed Forces in light transport.

In February of this year, the Come Back Alive Foundation reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine would receive 38 pickups.

The vehicles are intended for units of the Ground Forces. These SUVs are needed, in particular, to evacuate the wounded. The vehicles were purchased thanks to Kyivstar and its subscribers.

Besides, the Come Back Alive Foundation will invest more than 200 million hryvnias from benefactors in strengthening communication, situational awareness and controllability among the newly launched brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Thousands of digital secure radios, various antennas, laptops, monitors, cameras, batteries, generators, Starlinks, kilometers of cables – hundreds of items have already been purchased, are being purchased or transferred today.
