A Russian ammunition depot exploded in Kozacha Bay near Sevastopol in temporarily occupied Crimea.

The incident occurred late in the evening on Friday, July 28.

The Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reported this on Saturday.

The intelligence agency also published a video capturing explosions at the temporary ammunition depot of the invaders.

The explosions were probably caused by sabotage.

According to military intelligence, on July 28, around 10 pm, a lot of noise was recorded in the area of the Kozacha Bay in temporarily occupied Crimea.

Witnesses heard two explosions and the sounds of further ammunition detonation. Later, several ambulances and police vehicles drove to the scene.

This is evidenced by a short video that the Defence Intelligence published. It shows flashes of explosions and then a car moving with blue flashing beacons.

The military noted that the 810th Guards Naval Infantry Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation is stationed in the area of Kozacha Bay.

“It is known that the explosions and detonation as a result of the sabotage took place at the “temporary depot” of ammunition of the Ruscists,” the Defence Intelligence stated.

On July 24, explosions blasted out at the Russian ammunition depot in the Dzhankoi district of the occupied Crimea.

Explosions were heard near the village of Vesele, 15 kilometers away from Dzhankoi. It houses a military airfield, which is currently not in use. On it, the Russians set up a depot for storing ammunition.
