In temporarily occupied Berdiansk, the so-called deputy head of the occupation administration of the city was eliminated.
The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reported on this.
According to the intelligence, on February 20, 2025, at 6:05 am, a gray Renault Duster exploded on Skhidnyi Avenue, near house No. 96.
A Russian citizen, Yevgeny Yurievich Bogdanov, was inside and died on the spot.
Bogdanov was in charge of controlling the finances of the occupation administration and supervising the construction of fortifications in the temporarily occupied areas of the Zaporizhzhia region.
During his stay in the Ukrainian territories, he repeatedly committed war crimes against Ukrainian citizens.
The war criminal was born on August 11, 1970, in the city of Pikalovo, Leningrad region.
He arrived in Berdiansk immediately after its capture by Russian troops in 2022 and, on the instructions of the Russian special services, was appointed to a position in the occupation administration.
In early February, it was reported that the commander of the Iskander missile battery involved in the massacre of civilians in the village of Groza died after being blown up in early January 2025.
On January 3, 2025, an explosion occurred in the city of Shuya, Ivanovo region, Russia, injuring Captain Konstantin Nagayko, battery commander of the division of the 112th Missile Brigade of the 1st Tank Army of the Western Military District.
According to intelligence, he received numerous shrapnel wounds to almost all organs, including the brain. Doctors performed surgery, including skull trepanation.
In early January, it was reported that the DIU had eliminated the chief of staff of the Storm Ossetia battalion.
The liquidation took place on the Vasylivka-Tokmak highway on December 29, 2024, by the DIU’s Kraken active action unit using an FPV drone.
