During the night, explosions occurred at multiple Melitopol locations. The explosions targeted an airfield, local railway, and a site near the village of Kostiantynivka.

This was announced by the Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov.

“Explosion sounds and smoke were witnessed at the Melitopol airfield, which the invaders unsuccessfully tried to restore after the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacks,” he wrote.

He also shared a photo of the affected railway infrastructure.

The invaders used this spot to transport equipment and personnel in the direction of Vasylivka and Tokmak.

“This significantly complicates enemy logistics,” Ivan Fedorov emphasized.

Explosions were also heard in the area of Kostiantynivka east of the city.

“We hope for rashists to receive a surprise from the resistance movement and expect a confirmation,” Fedorov added.

Earlier, the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine published a video of kamikaze drones destroying the enemy camp near the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Enerhodar. As a result, enemy equipment and manpower were destroyed.
