In the Luhansk region, Ukrainian special forces destroyed the river crossing of Russian invasion forces.
Video of the SOF operators’ work was published by the Special Operations Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
At night, the SOF operators had mined the pontoon bridge crossing which the Russians used to force the river.
After the mining, the special forces blew up the enemy’s crossing.
The military also noted that around the pontoon bridge crossing in the Luhansk region, there are a lot of fragments of destroyed Russian armored vehicles. In particular, the video spotted a turret of the BMP-2, as well as its hull, which was nearby.
“We do not know what the invaders thought about when they laid a pontoon bridge for crossing the river in the Luhansk region. After all, around that place, there are more than enough bad signs in the form of burned Russian equipment.
We do not know what the enemy hoped for at the moment when, under his nose in the middle of the night, the operators of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were mining the pontoon. Yet, we know exactly what emotions our operators had when they blew up another enemy crossing, “- said the Special Operations Forces Command.
Recently, the artillery of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the Luhansk region destroyed three Grad MLRS.
The National Guard of Ukraine artillerymen destroyed invader equipment with towed М777 155-mm howitzers.
Through the reconnaissance of the enemy’s rear in the Sievierodonetsk direction, SOF operators found several units of the Grad MLRS.
The Ukrainian military UAV operators, having identified the exact coordinates of Russian multiple rocket launchers, have transmitted this data to the artillerymen of the National Guard of Ukraine.
The BM-21 Grad is a self-propelled 122 mm multiple rocket launcher. It was designed in the Soviet Union and produced with Ural-375 truck chassis.
