For today, Ukraine has received only 10% of weapons from the total supply request from the West.
This was reported by Hanna Maliar, the Deputy Minister of Defense.
It is noted that help of Western partners is required for Ukraine to win.
According to Hanna Maliar, Ukrainian servicemen each day expend about 5000-6000 artillery shells on the battlefield.
Meanwhile, the Russian military – expend ten times more shells.

“The armament capabilities and the number of servicemen in Russia significantly outweigh. Whatever efforts Ukraine conducts now, no matter how professional our army is, without the help of Western partners, we will not be able to win this war… From the claimed list of what Ukraine needed, today we have about 10%,” – said Maliar.
She also said that the Russian Federation is trying in every possible way to block the supply of weapons to Ukraine, disrupting such agreements or interfering with the transit of weapons through other countries, using its wide agency networks.
Recently, Mykhailo Podoliak, the Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President announced how much, according to him, artillery and tanks are needed to expel Russian invaders.
“I will be straightforward. To end the war, we need a parity of heavy weapons: 1000 howitzers of 155 mm caliber; 300 MLRS; 500 tanks; 2000 armored vehicles; 1000 drones,” Mykhailo Podoliak said.
Oleksii Reznikov, the Defense Minister, hopes that “Rammstein-3” will solve the problem of heavy weapons supply.
On June 13, Oleksii Reznikov, the Defense Minister and General Valerii Zaluzhnyi the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine met in Kyiv with US Ambassador Bridget Brink to discuss military assistance and strengthening of Ukraine’s defense capability.
It is reported that the parties discussed interaction to ensure timely and effective solutions to meet the needs of the Ukrainian military.
