The video message of the separatist leaders of the so-called “L/DPR” about the evacuation of the inhabitants of Donbass, which were made public on February 18, the occupants recorded on February 16 before the escalation began.

The folder on the computer where the video message was stored was called “Mongoose Throw”.

During the analysis of the video, it was established that the video messages of the heads of the so-called “L/DPR” Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik were prepared in advance.

Analyzing the records, it was established that Leonid Pasichnyk’s address was made on February 16 at 3 pm, and Denis Pushylin’s address was made on February 16 at 5 pm.

In addition, during the analysis of Leonid Pasichnyk’s video, it was discovered that the video was stored on a computer in a folder called “Mongoose Throw”.

“Mongoose Throw” is probably the name of a special operation, which includes at the initial stage the evacuation of citizens from the occupied part of Donbass to the Russian Federation.

On the day of the video recording, February 16, there was no reason for the mass evacuation of people.

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to urgently ensure the payment of 10,000 rubles to each refugee arriving in the Rostov region from Donbass, press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

The day before, on February 17, the Russian occupation forces began an active escalation in the Donbas with artillery attacks on a number of settlements in Ukraine. The enemy artillery attack caused damaged buildings, communal infrastructure and wounded civilians.
