New debris from a Russian drone has been found in Poland — the 21st such discovery, exceeding the previously announced official count.
Polsat News reported the finding, citing the Masovian Police (Mazowiecka Policja).
According to the report, the remains were located on October 4th, 2025, around 6 p.m. local time in the village of Zaręby-Warchoły.
The Military Gendarmerie of Poland also confirmed the discovery, saying the drone was found in the Masovian Voivodeship.
“The Masovian branch of the Military Gendarmerie of Poland in Warsaw, under the supervision of the prosecutor from the military affairs department of the Warsaw-Ursynów District Prosecutor’s Office, is conducting operations at the site of the unidentified aerial object in the village of Zaręby-Warchoły, Ostrów County,” the press service said.
On September 10th, 2025, Russian drones entered Polish airspace during one of the largest combined missile and drone attacks on Ukraine.
Polish and Dutch fighter jets were scrambled to intercept them.
For more details, the Militarnyi’s report “Where in Poland Russian Drones Fell or Were Shot Down on September 10th” is available here.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that 19 drones had entered Polish airspace, three or four of which had been destroyed by Polish and allied air forces, including Dutch F-35s.
Tusk added that the figure might not be final as investigations continued.

On October 1st, 2025, the 20th Gerbera-type drone was found during fieldwork.
Militarnyi previously reported that the Polish military planned to adopt Ukraine’s experience in countering Russian drones at a NATO training center in Poland.
According to Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski this cooperation will help the Polish army better prepare for potential future Russian attacks.
He emphasized that the Ukrainians who would be the ones teaching Poles how to counter Russia, adding that both Western governments and societies should’ve recognized that as soon as possible.
